HEARING PROTECTION
Employees exposure to excessive noise and need to wear hearing protection device depends upon a number of factors, including

• The loudness of the noise as measured in decibles (dB)
• The duration of each employees move between work areas with different noise levels
• Whether noise is generated from one or multiple sources hearing protection could be achieved from earplugs, preformed or molded earplugs or earmuffs etc.
